Kuala Lumpur — Armani Group has reaffirmed its position as one of Malaysia’s foremost luxury developers by clinching three prestigious accolades at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia 2025. The highlight of the evening was the recognition of Armani Hallson KLCC, which earned the coveted Best High-Rise Development Malaysia (Best of Malaysia) award, alongside the Best Ultra Luxury High-Rise Development (Central) title.
Adding to the triumph, Armani Prestige was named Best Ultra Luxury Lifestyle High-Rise Development, underscoring the Group’s commitment to redefining Malaysia’s skyline with purposeful design and uncompromising quality.
Dato’ Sri Azlan Bin Azmi, Group Managing Director of Armani Group, expressed gratitude for the honors, emphasizing that such achievements are the result of collective passion, precision, and shared purpose across the company’s teams, partners, and clients.
Beyond the awards, Armani Group also announced a landmark collaboration with Serendipity Assets Management to introduce world-class dining concepts at Armani Hallson KLCC. The partnership will bring Michelin three-starred Chef Alvin Leung, 2024 Michelin Young Chef Award winner Chef Johnson Wong, and the Roosevelt Club lifestyle brand to Kuala Lumpur, integrating haute cuisine and elevated social experiences into the development.
Since its launch in August 2025, Armani Hallson KLCC has achieved a 70% take-up rate, with an estimated gross development value of RM3 billion. Positioned in Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Golden Triangle, the project reflects Armani Group’s ambition to merge luxury living with global hospitality standards.
Founded in 2010, Armani Group has built a diversified portfolio spanning property development, construction, furniture manufacturing, plantations, and renewable energy. Its integrated ecosystem continues to set new benchmarks for innovation and sustainability in Malaysia’s real estate sector.
